Mi Esperanza (Posted 12-28-2011)

Our apologies for the picture quality, but we really wanted to post something from an event that we held in our home called Mi Esperanza. In cooperation with the Billy Graham association, more than 1,400 churches in Spain participated in Mi Esperanza (“my hope”). Two weeks ago, three thirty minute segments of Mi Experanza aired on a major television station in Spain, and every evangelical church involved tried to organize “Matthew Groups”: houses which would open their doors to host a meal for a few friends and watch the program together.

Julie and I decided to open up our home, and after the program, one of our friends from our church shared her testimony and we talked about what Jesus means to us. We were happy to have 8 people in our living room to watch the program and respectfully listen to our testimonies.
